Overview
This website (ledvital.ae) is operated by Ali Al-matook, sole proprietorship (enskild firma), trading as LedVital. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to LedVital. By visiting the website or buying from us, you agree to these terms and the policies they refer to. Our store runs on Shopify. We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Your mandatory consumer rights are never affected by these terms.

1. Use of the store
You must be of legal age to place an order. You may not use our products or the website for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and use
LedVital products are care tools for your horse's everyday wellbeing. They do not replace a veterinarian, and they are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease. If your horse has an injury, lameness or swelling, consult your vet first. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE dirham (AED). The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. We may change prices and products without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout.

4. Orders
The contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our shipping policy.

6. Returns and faults
You have a 30-day return window, and faulty or wrong items are handled as described in our refund policy.

7. Information on the website
We do our best to keep all information accurate and up to date. Colours in images may vary slightly depending on your screen.

8. Third-party tools and links
The website may include tools and links from third parties, such as payment and delivery providers. We are not responsible for content on third-party websites.

9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review or other content, you allow us to publish it on the website. Content must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Prohibited use
You may not use the website to spread malicious code, collect other people's data, submit false information or interfere with the website's security.

12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
