Returns and refunds

30-day return window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it, without giving a reason.

Conditions
Items must be returned complete, clean and undamaged, with all parts and accessories, preferably in the original packaging. If an item has been damaged or shows more wear than normal use requires, we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund.

How to return
Email support@ledvitalequine.com within 30 days with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping
You pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Free launch gifts that came with your order should be returned with it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo or video. We will cover shipping and offer a replacement, repair or refund. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.

Changing or cancelling an order
To change or cancel an order before it ships, email support@ledvitalequine.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, the 30-day return window applies.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
