parcel?

We pack your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–14 business days. Times are approximate, but you can always see where your parcel is above.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it within 3 business days of your order, contact us with your order number and we'll send it to you.
It's normal for tracking to stand still for a few days while the parcel is in transit between countries. If nothing has happened for more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Larger orders are sometimes shipped in more than one parcel. Each parcel gets its own tracking number, so some may arrive a few days apart.
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
