Shipping cost
Delivery is free on all orders across the UAE.

Processing time
We process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Every order is fully tracked – you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Customs and duties
If a courier asks you for customs charges on delivery, contact us before paying and we will help.

Delivery address
Please check that your address and phone number are correct before completing your order. Couriers in the UAE may call you to arrange delivery. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away.

Delayed parcel
If more than 14 business days have passed since your shipping email and your parcel has not arrived, email support@ledvitalequine.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
